True Abundance

You were born for abundance.

You already know this. You also know the exact shape of what is standing in the way — you just have not named it yet.

There are five specific patterns that keep accomplished women standing on their own plateau. Most women carry one. A few carry two.

A four-minute diagnostic names yours — and points to the precise form of private work that addresses it.

More than twenty years ago, I hit the same wall.

Eliza Babanova

I was doing everything I was supposed to — building a career, building a life, measuring myself by what I could produce. Harder work brought more results, and more results brought a small, terrifying question I could not silence:

why am I less alive than I was ten years ago?

I will spare you the middle of that story.

What I understood on the other side is simple, and it is what I teach now. The plateau I kept hitting was not a failure of effort. It was a sign that effort, at that altitude, had become the thing in the way.

I began to study what was underneath. The nervous system. The ancient practices held for thousands of years by women who knew how to stay open under weight that would have broken anyone else.

I am now the bearer of a lineage — the Seven Seals — that has held this specific work for more than 5,500 years. I have guided thousands of women through initiations, ceremonies, and the quieter, more structural work of staying sovereign under scale.

I am also a bestselling author and a composer. The writing and the music are extensions of the same practice — not replacements for it. The private consultation is where I have always done my most precise work.

This is where yours can begin.

Abundance is your ground state. Something is standing on it.

Accomplished women do not plateau because they have not tried hard enough. They plateau because the thing in the way is specific — and until it is named, no amount of effort moves it.

Five patterns appear consistently in every cohort of women I have worked with across twenty years. Most carry one. A few carry two. The work that resolves one does not address another — so naming yours is the first useful act.

01
The Unseated
You arrived at the top. The role ended — and the meaning left with it. LinkedIn has stopped making you feel anything.
02
The Sovereign
You have built something. Scaling it further has started to cost more than it returns. Every quarter a smaller part of you celebrates.
03
The Calibrated
You know who you are. You have not yet met someone who can meet you there. You have stopped explaining him to friends.
04
The Conduit
You hold space for other women to emerge. Yours is still partially muted. You go home and no one asks how you are.
05
The Weaver
You hold many strands. You have not woven yourself into the pattern. Everyone has your full attention. You do not have your own.
Take the Diagnostic
Eight questions · four minutes · no email required

Three steps. One precise path forward.

No group program. No self-paced course. The work is done one-to-one, and it moves only when the pattern is named.

Step 01
Diagnostic
The pattern running under your plateau becomes visible.

Eight questions. Four minutes. The diagnostic identifies which of the five specific patterns is holding your current ceiling in place.

The result is not a personality type. It is a precise indication of which form of private work addresses your pattern — and which does not.

The Diagnostic
Step 02
Consultation
Ninety minutes, one-to-one with Eliza.

A private call. We address your specific pattern — not general frameworks. Eliza works at the structural layer where the block actually lives, not at the surface where it only appears.

You leave with a precise map of what was running the plateau, and a first practice specific to your pattern. Most women feel the shift inside two weeks.

Private consultation with Eliza
Step 03
Practice
The work continues at the depth your pattern requires.

For some women one consultation is enough — the pattern is named and the first practice carries. Others enter ongoing private mentorship; the relationship deepens as the pattern yields.

There is no predetermined length and no program to finish. The only criterion is whether the work is still moving you.

Ongoing mentorship

A note on how I actually work.

I take a small number of women each month into private consultation. The call is ninety minutes, on video, in English or in Russian — whichever language the hardest thing in you will surface most easily in.

There is no agenda template. I open the call by naming what I see in the first twenty seconds of you arriving — most of the diagnostic is done there. The remaining eighty minutes are the two of us working the specific layer of your pattern.

I do not coach. I do not teach methods I have not personally tested. I work at the layer the frameworks do not reach — the structural place where a woman's capacity to hold what she has built lives, or does not.

You leave with a precise map of what has been running your plateau, and a first practice written specifically for your pattern. Most women feel the shift inside two weeks. Written notes from the call arrive within forty-eight hours.

Investment is by application. If you have taken the diagnostic and the pattern resonates, write to me. The conversation about price follows the conversation about fit — not before it.

If the pattern and the fit are right, we continue into ongoing private work. If not, the consultation stands alone and is complete.

The Book. Dance in Abundance.

Dance in Abundance — book by Eliza Babanova

A map of what gets buried in an accomplished woman — and the specific doors back.

Written for the woman who has achieved what she set out to achieve and found herself standing on her own plateau, uncertain what was her, what was the role, and what comes next.

Not a self-help book. A structural reading of how a woman's nature gets covered over — by role, by effort, by inheritance — and the precise mechanism of uncovering. Read slowly. The book works on the body as much as on the mind.

Pre-order open. Ships on release.

Four albums. Composed as practice, not as listening.

The body returns access faster than the mind. Each album is a specific gate — sound, breath, and movement doing what sitting still cannot. Use in order, or by call.

What the women who have done this work say about it.

"For years I drove myself into doing more, moving faster, achieving. What I actually needed was one thing — to relax. Everything has started building from there. In its own tempo. For real, this time."
Olga M.Founder
"As soon as I began living from a relaxed state, within a day or two every work process and — most of all — the relationship with my husband improved. Flowers even materialised in the house that he denied buying."
Elena G.doTERRA Diamond
"After a period of severe burnout, the work restored energy to my body and trust in life itself. 2025 became the best year I had lived — most of what I aimed at manifested from trust, not from striving."
Olga E.Ex-top · Paris
"Together with my husband we scaled our dental business. We opened a second branch and multiplied monthly revenue by five. This was not a business tactic. It was a structural change in who I was being."
Antonina S.Clinic owner
"The insight that broke me open was this: if I scale from the old internal architecture, every shadow scales with me. First relax. Then grow. I had read this nowhere else."
Ekaterina R.Voice practitioner
"For the first time in years I shared the inside of my own wanting out loud. I had always kept it in. Eliza's field makes this possible. The work is not an idea, it is a transmission."
Antonina S.Clinic owner

If three of four are true, this work is likely for you.

This is not mass work. It is held in private, with a small number of women, at the altitude the work requires.

What stands behind the practice.

5,500+
Years the Seven Seals have been held as a continuous lineage.
Thousands
Of women guided through intensive programs, initiations, and ceremonies.
Four
Albums composed as practice. One book, in release. A lifetime of work, ongoing.
"I had done the courses, the therapists, the retreats. This was the first thing that closed instead of opening. I didn't have words for that before."
M. — Lisbon
"The book reads like something remembered. I stopped halfway to sit with it. Nothing in my shelf has done that to me in years."
A. — Berlin

Things honest readers ask.

Is this coaching? Therapy? Something else?
Neither. Coaching builds a plan and holds you to it; therapy processes personal history. This is structural work on the nervous system's capacity to hold scale — the layer under both of them. The lineage is specific (Seven Seals, held for over 5,500 years) and the form is precise.
What about group programs — are there any running now?
Not at the moment. Group work is in preparation; the current form is private 1:1 consultation and ongoing mentorship. This is intentional — the altitude at which the work happens is not yet served by a group container.
How do you decide who you work with?
The diagnostic is the first step — it helps both of us see whether your pattern is one this work addresses. If it is, the consultation follows. Ongoing mentorship begins only when pattern and fit are both clear.
I have already done a lot of inner work. Is this redundant?
Almost always no. Women who have done ten years of therapy, multiple retreats, and serious somatic training consistently report that the specific layer this work addresses was not reached by any of it. If what you have done was sufficient, you would not be on this page.
What happens in the 48 hours after the consultation?
You receive written notes from the call — the pattern, the map, the first practice, and the decision points if ongoing mentorship is on the table. The notes are designed to be returned to for months.
What does the consultation cost?
Investment is shared by application, not listed on this page. The diagnostic plus a short written answer from you gives us both the information to decide whether the work is the right fit before pricing is discussed.
